This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for AgentScriptAI subscriptions at agentscriptai.vercel.app. Please read this alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

AgentScriptAI offers a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial. By default, you will not be charged until your trial ends, unless you cancel before then. If you choose to upgrade early instead of waiting for your trial to end, your card will be charged at that time, and the standard policies below (Sections 2–4) apply to that charge. Since no payment is collected during the trial itself unless you choose to upgrade early, no refund is applicable to the trial period by default.

2. No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods

As stated in our Terms of Service, subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated or partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of that period.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but any amount already charged for the current period is non-refundable.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — please contact us immediately at quicksupport01@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, where a genuine billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund for that specific erroneous charge.

5. Failed or Unsatisfactory Generations

AgentScriptAI generates content using third-party artificial intelligence technology. As stated in our Terms of Service, all generated content is provided as a starting point only and may require editing. Dissatisfaction with the quality, tone, or accuracy of AI-generated content does not qualify for a refund, as this falls under the AI-Generated Content Disclaimer in our Terms of Service.

6. Technical Issues

If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing or using the Service for an extended period during a paid billing cycle, contact us at quicksupport01@gmail.com. We will review each case individually and may, at our discretion, offer a credit or partial refund for verified extended outages.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a billing error or verified technical issue, email us at quicksupport01@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
